Liability Policy -
This activity is not recommended for anyone with back problems
or pregnant women. As with most adventure activities, there are
inherent risks involved. Each participant must acknowledge this
by reading and signing a liablility release form prior to departure.
Participants under 18 must have the form signed by a parent and
be accompanied by a parent. We ask that children be 4 years of
age to participate. It is required you provide the proper clothing.

Damage Policy -
We offer as an option not a requirement a physical damage
policy with a $200 deductibile for a fee of $25.00 per
snowmobile. It does not include medical, personal liability
or property damage coverage. Operators waiving the coverage
are responsible for any and all damages up to the equipments
full replacement cost.
Group Policy -
6 or more snowmobiles, requires a 50% deposit 7 days prior to the tour date.
Cancelation Policy -
All cancellations before 7 days will receive a total refund.
If you cancel under 7 days and we are unable to re-rent the
snowmobiles, a gift certificate will be issued in the same
amount. This gift certificate is not valid for use until 7 days after
it is issued. You can also use it at our summer location.
If you do not call or show up you will be charged full price.
Web Payment -
All reservations by Email are required to pay in full by 5:00 pm no
later than 7 days before reservation date. You will recieve an invoice
by email. If payments are not recieved by 5:00 pm, 7 days prior to reservation date, Reservation will automatically be cancelled. |
